  • United States: All 48 contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping fees)
  • Canada: Major cities and regions
  • Other Regions: Please contact us to confirm if your area is within our delivery range

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or certain remote areas.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Large Items: Furniture delivery times may be longer – check product pages for details

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, shipping distance, and selected shipping method. Some products may include free shipping – please check product pages for details.

5. Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Delivery Reception

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours if products are damaged.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply.

9. Large Furniture Delivery

For large furniture items, our shipping partners will deliver to your doorstep. Additional fees may apply for stair carry or special delivery arrangements.

10. International Orders

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

11. Shipping Insurance
